Recently, Mareena Purslowe & Associates and colleagues from Purslowe Funerals joined forces to support Alzheimer’s Australia.
Representatives from both funeral brands attended a corporate golf day and entered a team in the “Memory Walk” held at Curtin University. The golf day was a great success and Location Managers, Mark Purslowe and Raymond Letchford, Arranger Conductor, Arthur Fahey and guest Harvey Deegan
showed off their golfing prowess.
The guest player Harvey, is a well known Perth radio identity on 6PR and supports the Purslowe Funeral live read advertising program on radio. Harvey also offered his services as Master of Ceremonies for the
presentations and represented Mareena Purslowe & Associates and Purslowe Funerals and with gusto and enthusiasm.
The “Memory Walk” was held on a lovely Sunday morning, and was attended by staff Mark Purslowe, Hugh Torpy, Pam Castensen and Andrew Hogan, partners, families and a couple of four legged friends.
The walk raised both money and awareness of Alzheimer’s Care and research.
Each event was enjoyed greatly and staff at Mareena Purslowe & Associates and Purslowe Funerals look forward to a continuing relationship with this very important community organisation.
