We encourage you to call us as soon as you feel ready. Our Funeral Specialists will explain what to do next and organise a time for our team to collect your loved one. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also reach out earlier if the time is near or if you’d like to pre-plan a funeral.

The care of our women, when it matters most
Here to support you at every step
Before the funeral
When your loved one passes, you can call us at any time, day or night. Our team will bring them into our care and ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. When you are ready, we can gently guide you through the paperwork and legal requirements, and start planning a service that reflects your loved one.
On the day
Our team will guide the flow of the service, so you can focus on being present with your family. If needed, we can also arrange pallbearers (family, friends or professionals), live-streaming and an online memorial.
After the service
Our support extends beyond the service to everyone who gathers to remember your loved one. We can host receptions or wakes, arrange private viewings, assist with repatriation interstate or overseas and connect you with grief and bereavement support. What to expect on the day
Funerals can look very different across cultures and religions. However, here are some of the common things that can be included:
Before the funeral
Viewing
During the funeral
Arrival
Pallbearing
Ceremony
Eulogy
Burial or cremation
After the funeral
Reception
Honoured to stand beside you
as you say farewell
